Dr. Sinam Papyan, M.D., is a dedicated pediatrician, academic, and emerging medical leader whose work reflects a strong commitment to children's health, clinical excellence, and the advancement of pediatric care in Armenia. Recognized for her professionalism, compassion, and growing contributions to both clinical medicine and medical education, Dr. Papyan represents a new generation of physicians devoted to improving child health through service, research, and continuous professional development.

Dr. Papyan currently serves as General Pediatrician at Wigmore Women's & Children's Hospital and as a Nutrition Support Specialist at the Yeolyan Hematology and Oncology Center. In these important roles, she provides comprehensive pediatric care while also contributing specialized expertise in nutritional support, particularly in the management of vulnerable pediatric patients requiring advanced and carefully coordinated treatment. Her work reflects a thoughtful integration of general pediatrics, nutrition, and multidisciplinary patient-centered care.

Her academic and professional formation is grounded in a strong medical education from Yerevan State Medical University after Mkhitar Heratsi, where she completed her Bachelor's degree in General Medicine, Doctor of Medicine degree, and Residency in Pediatrics. Her dedication to advanced training is further reflected in her international postgraduate experience as a Visiting Physician at the Children's Hospital Zurich, Switzerland, with a special focus on nutrition support and professional training.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Papyan has contributed meaningfully to academic medicine. She previously served as Assistant Professor at the Department of General Pediatrics at Yerevan State Medical University, where she participated in the teaching and professional formation of future physicians. Her role in medical education demonstrates not only her academic capability, but also her commitment to sharing knowledge, guiding young professionals, and strengthening pediatric medicine through instruction and mentorship.

Dr. Papyan's professional experience includes years of dedicated service in the Arabkir Joint Medical Center – Institute of Child and Adolescent Health, where she worked across the Isolation Unit, Emergency Department, and as a Night Shift Physician. These demanding clinical roles required strong medical judgment, resilience, and a high level of responsibility in the care of children with urgent and complex medical conditions.
